Overview

Waters China is keen to look for a motivated individual to manage our Customer Order process for China region. The appointee will work closely with Sales, Service team, overseas plant, and freight forwarder partners etc. to deliver professional services on contracts and orders management.

Responsibilities

1.Collect and organize a variety of documents from business partners to serve as evidence of activity involving company inventory.

2.Process system inventory transactions for all activity in SAP Materials Management (MM) module to keep system inventory balances synchronized with physical balances, and ensure a high level of inventory accuracy. Carry out periodic checks of inventory of stores

3.Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and corrects them in SAP in real time. Assist in conducting cycle counts at stocking locations as required, to audit business partner activity and record-keeping.

4.Support physical inventory audits as required by company internal... and external audit requirements.

5. Maintain Logistics related activities in ERP system (SAP)

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in Logistices ,or a related field of study. Working experience: more than 2 years working experience in warehouse control of main engine plant. Good English reading and writing skills. Proficient in office and SAP software. Strong data analysis skills, communication skills, organization and coordination skills. Working knowledge in SAP is a plus Attention to details and quality control skills Must be customer oriented and focused Ability to work well in a team environment
