• Technical expertise and capabilities within an IT environment and specifically in Supply & Delivery related technologies, also including good technical design and implementation skills;
• Be able to budget, track and control project expenditure;
• Proven ability to prioritise competing demands.

• Able to understand and interpret complex business and IT requirements.
• Ability to lead technical projects involving own team, business users, and also external suppliers. Knowledge of Group Standard Project Management methodology and tools.
• Strong communication, planning, organization and interpersonal skills. Very good writing and presentation skills to present at management level.
• Adaptable and able to react quickly to changing priorities.
• Strong problem solving skills. Ability to find logical solutions to problems.
