Job Descriptions:
• HR Administration: Lead people management processes, recruitment and HR reporting. Independently manage payroll, compensation and benefits administration and IRAS filing. Adhere to organization HR processes and policies and compliance with MOM laws and regulations. Independently manage eServices in Singapore like EPOL and WPOL.
• Strategic HR Function: Spearheaded initiatives in areas like talent acquisition, talent management, and talent retention. Support senior management in organizational development and lead strategic HR initiatives. Formulate new HR initiatives and help roll out policies and procedures in Singapore. Provide support to HR Managers in other operating entities in Southeast Asia.
• Employee relations: Ensure corporate policies are explained and upheld and all policy documents are... consistent and properly maintained. Initiate, organize, and manage company events. Organise and manage induction for new employees.
• Performance management: Administer, review, and support performance management discussions. Conduct assessments as per the career management system to identify performance gaps. Develop or organize training to meet the needs of company employees. Counsel employees on career planning and competency building.
• Interview: Administer, review, and support team members when they conduct interviews with future employees from time to time.
Job Requirements:
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of HR generalist experience with strong exposure to payroll management, compensation and benefits administration, and HR and Office administration.
• Good understanding and application of local employment legislation.
• Not afraid to take new initiatives and to advise the management team on HR-related best practices.
• Confidence, independence, and seniority to work with the management team as an HR partner.
• Have a ‘can do’ attitude with an ability to positively engage with people at all levels.
