Kidokinetics is a mobile sports program. We introduce sports to kids in a FUN and non- competitive way teaching children the fundamentals of ALL sports for children 2 to 12 years old. Programs are conducted at schools, daycares, parks or community centers. The coach is responsible for implementing the Kidokinetics curriculum, ensuring each child has a positive and successful Kidokinetics experience. They are also responsible for the wellbeing of each student who attends a Kidokinetics class. The coach assumes the role of coach, friend, guide, disciplinarian, and mentor. Ultimately it is the coach’s responsibility to carry out the mission of Kidokinetics: helping children enhance coordination, concentration, and fine/gross motor skills in a fun and non-competitive environment.

Mobility is required to drive to the different locations. Looking for a coach/manager to serve in the Marietta/East Cobb/Roswell/Alpharetta area.
• Weekday hours, approx. 20-30 hr/week with potential for Full Time as the company grows (occasional weekends may be required)
• MUST have previous experience working with children in a group setting \* please list ages in resume or cover letter
• Preferable having a sports related background
• Will be leading sports/fitness classes for children 2- 12 years old
• Enthusiastic and Outgoing Personality
• MUST have Reliable means of transportation – we are mobile program
• Organized and Detail Oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills to deal with children, directors and parents

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children who will be able to coach initially. As we grow and expand in the area, they would transition to more of a managerial role handling more of the day to day operations, marketing, scheduling, social media, networking and continuing to grow the business. We are looking for someone who will take initiative, is self-motivated and willing to work hard as we increase Kidokinetics presence in North Metro Atlanta

Additional requirements: High school diploma, valid driver’s license. Must pass a level 2 background check to be considered for employment. Must be physically able to lift approximately 20 pounds and demonstrate/lead a youth physical fitness program. You will be required to move sports equipment from car to storage unit or school.

Starting pay rate is $17/hour and will commensurate with your experience. Some drive time and mileage will also be reimbursed, in addition to paid training. Commission & bonuses may apply, if the right candidate can assume additional responsibility.

Part time to full time hours available as business grows.
