Our multinational business partner which operates in alcoholic beverages is looking for an "Brand Manager"

QUALIFICTIONS
• Bachelor’s degree programs in marketing or in business with a concentration in marketing
• At least 3 years related roles experience is required
• FMCG sector experience is a plus
• A high level of self-support, flexibility and stress resistance
• Fluent level (written and spoken) English
• Strong analytical skills and P&L management
• Presentation, communication and interpersonal relationship skills at moderate level
• High energy- and dedication level and a strong can-do mentality

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Manage A&P budgets of related brands
• Make the brand plans annually
• Report to brand owners monthly and quarterly about brand activations, depletions..so on
• Maintain a company or individual’s public image through the implementation of marketing initiatives
• Support sales team in field with implementations, visibility and production of POSM
• Oversee social... media accounts and ensure brand consistency
• Manage the agencies for social media, creative projects and Production process of materials
• KPI’s: Brand revenue and profitability, Market share, Brand awareness, Penetration and Repeat, Pricing
• NPD roll-out, Rotation on Shelf, Communications effectiveness
• Communicate with company executives, brand owners marketing personnel and agencies
• Aid in the creation of marketing and advertising campaigns to strengthen the client’s brand identity
• Develop custom marketing activations according to needs of on trade and off trade venues
