Your role

Imagine being part of an organisation whose common purpose is to help those who are severely impacted by mental illness. Here at Rethink Mental Illness and Mental Health UK we are a passionate group of people and are driven to make a difference.

We believe that everyone should be treated with respect and dignity – and that’s why equity is one of our core values. We understand the importance of drawing on the expertise, unique perspectives and lived experience of our people – regardless of who they are or their background – to help us become inclusive and anti-racist employers, campaigning organisations and service providers that reflect the diverse communities we support as leading mental health charities.

Without the generous donations from our wonderful supporters... we wouldn’t be able to deliver the wide range of services that we do. So why not be part of our future as we lead the way in delivering our pioneering Communities that Care service model and join us in our newly created Digital Fundraising Manager role?

This brand-new role comes at a really exciting time for both charities as we continue to pave the way in how we attract and grow our voluntary income streams. We have ambitions to grow our voluntary income and we believe our digital capability and delivery will be key to this. Therefore, this role will play an instrumental part in shaping the fundraising strategy.

When it comes to fundraising and our Digital Fundraising Manager role, we are looking for you, that person who is passionate about mental illness and will provide key insight and direction to help us ‘think digitally’ with our fundraising activity. You will be someone who can generate ideas and keep up-to-date with new developments within the sector; work collaboratively across the charity to implement solutions and be able to track and analyse successes.

So, if you are an experienced digital fundraising professional, preferably within the charity sector, that has a natural flare to draw in an audience through creative digital solutions that help us grow our fundraising income streams, we want to hear from you.
