Are you a proactive and curious HR Systems Analyst?
You will be joining our friendly HR Delivery Team at an exciting time – we have recently launched Workday and there is lots of opportunity to develop its capability and support greater user adoption.
You will be the first point of contact to provide solutions for systems enhancements and issues and provide excellent customer service.

What You Will Be Doing (the Role)
• Lead/support on delivering systems solutions
• Work collaboratively and at pace with key stakeholders – HR teams, IT teams and business areas – to provide support, guidance and training
• Partner and develop relationships with HR teams and colleagues across the organisation
• Support our MI and Analytics Team to deliver critical data to the organisation through system enhancements
• Assist in the planning, design, development and implementation of future system improvements
The Skills And Experience You Will Have
Minimum

• Workday systems administration experience
• Good knowledge of HR business processes
• Ability to communicate technical issues effectively and professionally to non-technical staff at all levels, verbally and written
• An aptitude for curiosity and solving problems

• The salary range in London is up to £45,000 per annum plus a competitive benefits package, including a non-contributory pension
• The salary range in Edinburgh & Leeds is up to £43,000 per annum plus a competitive benefits package, including a non-contributory pension

The FCA also supports hybrid working which means you will be able to work from home up to 60% of the time over a month with the remainder of your time in one of our three office locations.
