Job Title: Senior HRIS Systems Specialist

Location: London / hybrid

Salary: up to £65,000

A fantastic opportunity to join a renowned financial services company as their permanent HRIS Systems Analyst, specialising in SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities
• Managing and supporting all the SuccessFactors current modules. In particular Employee Central, Time Off, Timesheets, Performance and Goals, Learning, Succession and Platform modules and future modules.
• Being the point of contact in supporting the European People Administrators with any SuccessFactors related activities. This includes data input, configuration, troubleshooting, report building and maintenance
• Being the point of contact for supporting and assisting the Expatriate Administrators to maintain the Expatriate employee data in the system
• Configuring, changing requests and custom fields in SuccessFactors and continuously review and update data to support the People Department

Skills Required
• Extensive experience... using SAP SuccessFactors in a consultancy or in-house environment
• Employee Central certificate essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Interpersonal communication
