If you said yes to the above, we are looking for you! We are looking for our new Learning & Development Manager to join our fantastic organization. Being in charge of the company-wide learning and development strategy for 2000 medical staff, no day will be the same.
Tāmaki Health is a strong network of over 50 clinics delivering care through our affiliated general practices, urgent care clinics, specialist centers, and occupational health clinics. Through our clinic brands including Local Doctors and White Cross, we serve New Zealand's communities with the highest standard of GP and Urgent Care.
About the position
The Learning & Development Manager provides leadership and management for Tamaki Health's L&D team, reporting to our People ... Capability Manager, you will be in charge of providing a superior environment for the development and professional growth of our staff across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Creating an L&D strategy to ensure timely & efficient training of new hires.
Coordinate course & learning events for medical staff across 50 different clinics
Drive continuous improvement in the delivery of training courses.
Management of records maintenance of attendance/ completion of training modules, workshops & courses.
Collaborate with line managers to identify, and deliver individual development & team building development programs.
Maximisation of digital content & systems.
Manage an internal network of trainers and experts to deliver training content.
Data management for development purposes of training strategies.
You will need to have:
Preferable 5+ years of experience in management of a Learning & Development team.
Problem solving & analytical skills
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship manager
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced & high-pressure environment
Someone who is committed to the principles of health equity and cultural competency and who is able to demonstrate an understanding of Māori tikanga and kawa and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
