- Berkshire Clinical/Medical Negligence Solicitor - (1 PQE+) We are seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive with excellent experience in the field of Clinical Negligence to join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Berkshire We are looking for Solicitors or Legal Executive from 1 years PQE up to mid level.

You will be working directly alongside the Partner and other fee-earners undertaking a wide range of high net worth and complex claim work. The work will be varied and interesting and will consist of matters to include celebral palsy, erbs palsy, wrongful birth claims, cancer claims, delayed diagnosis and gynaecology injury

You will need to be commercially minded and be happy to undertake business development and networking There is a very attractive salary on offer here for the right individual and career prospects are exciting.
