Having successfully negotiated our pathway through the lockdown months, we now have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Solicitor to join our long established and highly regarded Criminal Law team, working from our Chesterfield office and covering the Derbyshire area.

Applicants should be confident and enthusiastic, with experience of representing clients at the Police Station and Magistrates Court. A Duty Solicitor accreditation would be a significant advantage but we will also consider those still working towards their accreditation.

The ideal candidate will also have:

- • Team-working skills, together with the ability to use individual initiative relating to their own responsibilities

• Strong advocacy skills

• Excellent communication skills, combined with organisational and administrative ability

• A professional attitude towards work and career matters, while supporting the development of the Practice

• A clean, current UK driver’s licence and their own vehicle.
