A top 50 firm are recruiting for a residential property fee-earner to join their Plots team in the Thames Valley.

The role will see you as part of the Plots team, which sits within the firm's Real Estate team.

You will work on a varied caseload across all areas of Plot conveyancing for a variety of house-builder clients (including Barratt Homes, Bloor Homes, Taylor Wimpey, and Vistry).

You will work closely with some of the leading house-builder clients, acting for them in the sale of their new build plots, and part exchanges and resales, supporting a full range of conveyancing requirements. Alongside plots conveyancing, the team also works on site set up matters, section agreements, compliance certificates and deeds of variation.

To be successful in your application, you will:

- Be a qualified solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or experienced paralegal.

- Have strong residential property experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Have experience in undertaking title investigation of properties purchased, which is essential to carry out the part exchange element of the role.
• Have the ability to handle a caseload.
• Be a personable and social character who is keen to gel with the collegiate team.
