WHAT TO EXPECT

We're looking for an ASO Consultant to join our growing ASO team at Phiture. You’ll be responsible for working on the App and Play Store presences of apps with millions of users, identifying areas for improvement and communicating results to our clients. You’ll be driving forward individual ASO client projects while devising methods and strategies to ensure that future projects are a success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Manage several client accounts, driving ASO projects forward for apps in different verticals, while ensuring overall project success
• Increase organic downloads by conducting keyword optimization and conversion rate optimization for App and Play Store presences of different apps
• Brief designers and translators on creative experiments as well as the localization of app store assets
• Conduct regular check-in and progress report calls with clients, guiding them through our methods and ASO thought-process
• Monitor and report on keyword rankings, install rate... the effectiveness of experiments and other core ASO KPIs
• Help with devising methods and strategies for ASO to make our client projects a success and give us a competitive edge
• Produce relevant content and data-driven articles for our ASO knowledge base and the ASO Stack publication

WHAT YOU BRING TO US
• 2+ years experience in mobile marketing with an app publisher, tool agency or similar
• At least 1 year experience in ASO
• Analytical and great with analyzing data with Excel, Google sheets, etc. - a proven track record of being data-driven
• Communicative and comfortable in client-facing situations, excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate/defend results to clients
• Great team player, great in giving and receiving feedback as well as sharing knowledge
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent knowledge of core mobile marketing methods and terminology
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and driven - open to participating in a friendly but fast-paced environment

Nice to have:
• Experience with conversion topics and experimentation a big plus
