Job Description
To assist immediate superiors to prepare all the tender BQ, quotations, contract and sub-contract documents
To assist in coordinating with the Project and Site Teams pertaining to the project, contract and site management
To assist in any matters pertaining to pre and post contracts
To assist in cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
To perform risk and value management and cost control
To advise and provide recommendation on procurement strategy and contractual claims
To assist in identifying and analysis the costing for tenders
To assist in allocating work to sub-contractors
To carry... out sourcing of building material suppliers, request for quotations and preparing price comparison for procurement
Responsible to issue the Purchase Order (PO) for building materials, compiling Delivery Order (DO) and invoices
To assist in analysing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports
To assist in evaluating completed work and arranging payments
To maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current market
To understand the implications of health and safety regulation
To assist in ensuring compliance to local authority regulations on project/project site matters
Any other tasks to be assigned by the Immediate Superiors from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Prefer experience in building material purchasing in construction company
Required Skill(s): Good Measurement and Analytical Skills, Familiar in Contract, AutoCAD & Microsoft Project.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Working Day: 5 days
Preferably Candidate who able to board with shortest notice
