Athena Systems (www.athenasystems.com) is currently seeking Technical Support Software Engineers and Business Analyst for our Athena Spark platform to increase the level of user satisfaction in our worldwide client base.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a "Getting-Things-Done" Mindset to reinforce the Team in daily supporting tasks and strategic projects with our clients. The successful candidate must have high technical skills, SQL and Software Application experience, possess professional work etiquette, and speak clearly and confidently. EXCELLENT English is a MUST

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• As Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving any data issue/query, reported by business users
• Monitoring applications, systems & interfaces, and take corrective and/or preventive actions.
• Document procedures and any other important issues
• Feedback any critical client information to the Client Services Team and/or Technical Support Team
• Be part... of a global team and deliver solutions collaboratively
• Be part of Software QA team to implement testing new product features, bug fixes, etc. to ensure continuous deployment

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a highly analytical field
• Applied technical experience with SQL, database structures and data modeling are a must
• Strong English communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
• Experience, coding, and statistical computer languages (e.g., PYTHON, .NET, PHP, HTML) and/or Excel’s skills is a plus
• Knowledge in Finance and/or accounting is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and judgment with strong attention to detail
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex information clearly and concisely
• Motivated and capable of independently learning new technical skills when required
• Mature, thoughtful, with the ability to operate in a collaborative, team-oriented culture
