What You'll Do
• Work as a BA/BA team leader/PO on complex projects
• Manage a team of BAs (either in project or organization setting)
• Conduct Technical Interviews for BA positions
•... Contribute to BA discipline development and cross-discipline strategic initiatives on the local and company-wide level
What You Have
• 6+ years of experience as a BA in various setups on all delivery phases
• C1 English
• Expert knowledge of BA theory and best practices
• Experience working directly with international clients in complex (multi-cultural/multi-country/geographically distributed team)
• Experience leading BA teams in a project or resource management settings
• Experience conducting technical and hiring interviews
• BA mentoring/career advising experience
• Understanding of software development processes and technologies
Nice to have
• Business Analysis, Scrum Master or Product Owner certificates
• Experience playing Scrum Master or PO role
• Project management experience
