Summary

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Program Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) that will work remotely to support our government clients as well as our business development team. In this role, you will review and evaluate existing and planned ISR systems, processes, and programs across the DoD to ensure the BA Portfolio is optimized to meet the operational warfighter, acquisition community, and senior policymaker needs. SME duties include research and analysis, recommendations, development of position papers, responses, talking points, memorandums, briefings, and correspondence as required on all critical Program Management aspects unique to ISR capabilities.

What You Will Do
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Program Management aspects of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms supporting DOD contracts.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the account and competitive environment through regular customer-facing meetings and engagements.
• Prepare, maintain, and execute account plans and ensure that those plans reflect the priorities established in the business strategy.
• Integrate requirements across tactical, operational, and strategic levels of operations which include direct support to the planning and operations staff to identify requirements for ISR capabilities that our team can provide to the Government.
• Manage, organize, assess, and monitor the cost, schedule and performance of multiple ISR programs.
• Provide coordination between combatant commands and their components in matters relating to ISR capabilities and contracts available to meet their requirements.
• Regularly engage with key government client stakeholders.
• Attend conferences, workshops, and meetings in support of the company and client objectives.
• Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.

What We Are Looking For
• 8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 6 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience.
• 5 years of experience managing ISR or other airborne platforms.
• Valid US Passport
• Must be able to interact face to face with leadership in Germany
• Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance.

Preferred: Bonus Points For...
• Program Management experience with either Air Force or Space programs
• Business development experience, especially as related to Government ISR requirements
• Experience operating manned or unmanned aircraft in deployed environments
• Experience supporting USAFE-AFAFRICA
