DNA Nursing are currently working with a long established private billing practice in Rozelle, Sydney, NSW to find a new registered practice nurse. The practice offers total health care for body, mind and community through an evidence based, collaborative and proactive approach. Their dedicated team of doctors, nurses and allied health professionals strive to work with their patients to identify and address personal health needs. We are seeking an excellent communicator, self motivated, values drive nurse who is comfortable with private billing. There is parking available and frequent buses surrounding the practice making thie a fantastic opportunity for nurses in the area but also those willing to drive in from surrounding suburbs.

The position on offer is permanent part time for a registered nurse looking for 3 to 4 days each week, with operating hours of either 8am - 5pm or... 9am - 6pm. There is some flexibility in those hours if required.

Day to day duties include:
• Patient triage
• Take bloods
• Immunisation
• Wound dressing
• Medical supplies inventory/ordering
• Cold chain management
• Patients’ health assessments
• Care plans
• ECGS
• Assisting with minor procedures

Requirements:
• Current AHPRA Registration
• Certified Immunizer
• GP Practice / Medical Centre experience is essential
• Knowledge of clinical practice standards
• COVID vaccination
