Role Purpose: The Digital (Performance) Marketing Manager will be drive and oversee the Acquisition strategy of new customers for our ES Business portfolio. Working closely with the global Marketing Growth team but being part of the core structure within the ES Business Unit, the DMM will be responsible for coordinating the execution of the Marketing strategy across the different Digital channels for the entire portfolio of brands operating in Spain. Among other duties, the DMM is responsible for briefing and distributing the necessary marketing materials in coordination with the Brand Activation Manager. The Spanish DMM will be the owner of the acquisition strategy in the ES market, analysing and monitoring the performance for each one of the channels on a regular basis, submitting recommendations on the execution to help achieve the targets. DMM will also be responsible for ensuring that the implementation of the marketing strategy is in line with Compliance and... Brand standards, as well as fully aligned with the ES business needs, ensuring it remains relevant to the local customer target and in line with ES Market and Competition trends. As the main responsible of the Acquisition strategy for Spain, the DMM will need to perform daily monitoring across the different conversion metrics throughout the conversion funnel. You´ll also need to own the brief and distribution of the Acquisition Marketing Landing Pages and materials to central marketing teams, ensuring these meet quality standards and are implemented by the different channels, successfully driving players to conversion, running A/B testing in order to identify potential issues and suggesting areas of improvement where needed. The successful candidate will be integral part of our Local Marketing team within the Spanish market and needs to have deep understanding of the Spanish customer target and competition landscape, be able to identify trends and areas of interest in the Spanish market and work in collaboration with the rest of the Spanish team to help narrow the gap between Brand Consideration and Retention. In summary, you will be responsible for ensuring that the operational aspects of the acquisition funnel are operating smoothly, following the regulation and local market needs and delivering the best user experience to our prospective players. This role will sit in Ceuta but might include regular travel to other locations.

Department: Commercial Spain (Business Unit)

Location: Ceuta

• Monitoring the performance of the different Marketing Channels ensuring these deliver the targets
• Bringing recommendations for campaigns performance optimization based on data-driven approach and learnings from multiple A/B tests
• Providing local taste to campaigns, bringing in the local knowledge of the Spanish market, local target needs and interests
• Briefing and providing data-driven decisions for creative development of Landing Pages and Marketing Assets in the Spanish Market
• Working with the central marketing team to design and manage the execution of acquisition campaigns across digital channels (Facebook, Google, Paid Social, Search, Display, Ad Networks, RTB)
• Working closely with the Spanish Brand Activation Marketing Manager to create aligned consumer communications across Off and Online channels to ensure consistent brand messages, relevant to target and compliant with local regulation
• Diagnose and troubleshoot marketing tracking and attribution issues and liaise with the various stakeholders to follow up for root cause resolutions.

Knowledge Skills & Experience:

Must have/Essential Skills:
• Degree in computer science, marketing, business administration or other studies related to digital marketing
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role, setting or overseeing Digital marketing campaigns (client or agency)
• Confident about how digital marketing channels operate and aware of data and tracking requirements.
• Good understanding of digital design and development process, from wireframing and mock-up design, to development, QA and deployment.
• Knowledge of CRO and analytics tools i.e. Google Analytics, Optimizely, Content Square, Optimize 360, and HotJar, is considered a plus.
• Based in Ceuta or willing to relocate

• Great capacity for autonomous problem solving. Highly organised by nature and proficient in multi-tasking; you see pressure as a challenge and work through problems in a logical manner, breaking down the complex into the achievable.
• Good interpersonal skills to be able to communicate effectively and build collaboration streams with the different multi-geographic teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Native Spanish and fluent English required (also written)
• Knowledge of the iGaming industry preferred

Working Hours:

40+ hours per week including weekends if and when required by the business
