Description

1. Lead and guide Maintenance Engineer and Maintenance Supervisors to ensure efficient execution of troubleshooting, planning and maintenance repair activities are carried out.
2. Key participant for periodic outage planning. Ensure the annual outage is completed on time and in accordance to budget.
3. Lead efforts in pursuit of cost savings initiatives through operational improvements.
4. Responsible for the safety training and enforcement of engineers and operators related to all mechanical maintenance operations, equipment used, and environment.
5. In collaboration with the Production GM... develop annual budgetary proposals standards for cost measurement.
