Job Responsibilities
• To lead mechanical team to carry out preventive maintenance for sheet machine line to ensure smooth run and meet departmental target downtime.
• To plan PM schedule and acquire the necessary resources to perform maintenance within allowable resources and time limit.
• To carry out activities to ensure machineries and equipment always upkeep in good condition.
• To plan, organize, execute and follow up the process of spare part inventory and procurement costs to ensure it is properly managed all the time.
• To lead and motivate subordinates to work together effectively carry out preventive maintenance.
• To ensure staff, workers are instilled and abided to safety rules and regulation. Observe and adhere strictly to the safety procedure in all aspects of the work.
• To maintain ISO safety, health and environment policies and procedures.
• Report to Maintenance Manager on the maintenance progress work and action plan.

Job Requirement
• Able to communicate and... written in Bahasa Melayu and English
• Must possess a Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronic) or equivalent.
• At least 5+ years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Strong management skill, dynamic and able to work independently.
• Able to sketch and interpret technical drawing. (Proficient with Autocad will be added advantage)
• Will be on call if there is breakdown after working hours
• Capable of controlling situation at any moment and able to make logical decision most of the time that will give positive results.
• Computer literate and skilled on MS office
