Workplace Experience and Facilities Manager Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of Corporate Real Estate & Services functions and successful delivery of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) ServicesOversee IFM services including general account management, soft & hard services, building services, workplace experience & effectiveness strategies and solutions, sustainability, energy management & utilities services, space management, project management & delivery etcSupport Regional Account Lead for contract admin and account operation in accordance with SOW and agreed KPIs & SLAsManage account P&L, budget, revenue, expense to ensure not exceeding contract baseline budget Report to Regional Account Lead for all aspects of operation issues if anyCoordinate with Regional Account Lead to compile and consolidate data, reports and any relevant information for client reporting purposeRetrieve and organize data into required reporting formats to... provide a basis for comparison and evaluationDevelop and maintain an effective tracking tool or mechanism to facilitate data collection such as expense, budget, forecast, work order, asset and portfolio information etcGenerate monthly performance reports at local level and coordinate with Regional Contract Support and Regional Account Lead at regional levelFacilitate the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metricsMaintain up to date documentation for IFM contractConduct GEMBA Walk with Workplace Experience teamAct as people manager to provide all necessary guidance, training and support to team Development, management & implementation of ongoing process improvement programme implemented by company Other duties may be assignedQualifications and RequirementsDegree holder in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality or related fields.7-10 years of relevant facilities management experience, preferably in a multinational company and financial institutionSolid experience in managing office administration, workplace services and IFM services is highly desirableStrong in financial management and client reporting Hospitality mindset and focus in workplace experienceQuickly adapt to regional operation modelGood command of written and spoken Chinese and EnglishApplication:We offer a 5-day week with excellent fringe benefits, including medical insurance, dental plan, life insurance and performance-linked bonus to the right candidate.
