工作職責
• Organise and supervise technicians and contractors to attend repair orders and Planned Preventive Maintenance to all refrigeration & HVAC systems & the factory
• Coordinate with stores managers/BMO/Landlord
• Self-deliver R&M that is not covered by contractor
• Prepare regular report
• “on-call” outside work hours and follow up issues such as ammonia alarms and compressor fault
• Maintain spare parts inventory
