Job Description
Job Duties:
• Act as a single point of contact for all FM activities on the site
• Have comprehensive knowledge of contract scope and form (e.g. variation control), managing the IFM services to and across the site
• Manage and monitor performance across teams and service lines and performance reporting
• Assume full responsibility for contract outputs and management of services against contracted scope of works including environmental health and safety service, financial management... (budget, forecast, variance, PO creation, invoice status) and security system support and access card arrangement
• Handle all Contract Agreements
• Office space planning (New Joiners and Seating Plan Location Updates)
• Fixtures and equipment purchase, maintenance & repairs
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements:
• Higher diploma holder, facilities management or building service or related disciplines preferred
• Professional qualification in FM is preferred
• Must have at least 10 years in property / facilities management, which 3 years must be in managerial level. Experience in office FM background / commercial building is an advantage
• Strong literacy in computer applications, English and Chinese Word processing is essential
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Solid experience in the management of Grade A Office is a must
• Professional appearance and demeanor, strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
• Able to work independently and self motivated

Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday 09:00a.m. to 6:00p.m.
