Job Descriptions
• Drive social catering business
• Works with the property’s Food and Beverage team to develop menus & special theme events that drive sales
• Executes and supports Customer Service Standards and hotel’s Brand Standards.
• Interacts effectively with sales, kitchen, vendors, competitors, local community, catering associations and other hotel departments in order to ensure guest satisfaction
• Ensures that the property implements a seamless turnover from sales to operations and back to sales while consistently delivering high level of service
• Uses negotiating skills and... creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
• Manages catering sales revenue and operation budgets, and provides forecasting reports

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and able to work under pressure
• Excellent problem solving and interpersonal communication skills, highly motivated and team focused
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
