Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all catering bookings and logistics including MICE Group.
• Source and develop new business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with new and existing guests.
• Develop and implement the action plans of the catering events.
• Handle all logistic works for the catering events.
• Work closely with relevant departments to ensure excellent services are delivered.

Requirements:
• 3 - 5 years of work experience in Catering/ Event Sales, preferably in luxury hotel.
• Degree holder in hotel management or other related disciplines.
• Experience in managing outside catering and preferably in luxury segment.
• Good administration and organization skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Delphi system is an advantage, and proficiency in computer literacy.
• Candidates with less experience can be considered as Assistant... Catering Sales Manager.
• For those who joined on or before 1 April 2023.
