Key Responsibilities:
First back office contact for an account/business team, provide document as need. Oversee key processes within the sales organization: break assignment into tasks, identify resources needed to complete the task efficiently and successfully, monitor and ensure good execution (project management, pricing, pre and post sales commercial activities). Maintain a cross-functional view. Actively build networking and relationship, and ensure good communication flows Monitor on sales order delivery, communicate with global and local logistic team to keep the delivery within timeline. Collect sample request from clients and managing sample delivery and recoding. Continuously monitor tools and systems for fit to purpose, suggest and assist in design of improvements If systems & tools superuser: be the global, regional or local expert of the system/tool functionalities and usage, as well as corresponding working processes and guidelines... Organize training to local superusers and to end-users for each new tool or major change. Provide daily support to end users when needed. Inform the tool global owner about any issue, communication, training or improvement needed.

We value:
B.S. degree, 3 years’ above experience in administrative or supportive function. Working knowledge in the area of Creation in Fragrance industry would be a good plus. Basic knowledge of IS (Master Data entry) and SAP systems. Excellent at MS Word, Excel, PPT Fluent English and Native Mandarin. Could manage work (including time management): determines tasks and sticks to key tasks, ensure high quality, takes responsibility Contribute to Team Success: facilitate goals accomplishment by demonstrating flexibility and suggesting procedural changes
