JOB PURPOSE:To execute investor relations strategic objectives, IR strategy, provide operational oversight and control, contribute to organization’s strategic objectives within set KPIs, budget and respective policies and processes and to oversees the organization’s investor relations activities, also communicates with investors and/or the general financial community to develop and maintain positive relationships. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Strategic ContributionExecute the annual business plan and targets and comply with the strategic agenda of the Corporate Affairs & Communication to deliver Nadec vision and mission. Translate the strategy into operational business plans for the Investor Relations and lead the performance and execution of those plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver the Company’s strategyBudgeting Participate in the preparation of the functional budget and assess financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated... costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized. Core Accountabilities Investor Relations Lead the presentation of all reports regarding the financial health of the company, for the benefit of both shareholders and the board of directors. Develop of the full investor relations toolkit including the annual report, investor relations website, regulatory forms required by respective authorities, press releases, company fact sheet, and the investor presentation to ensure the achievement of the IR strategy Ensure collaboration with Corporate Communications in order to optimize media coverage for all investor events. Collaborate with management across all business divisions to keep abreast of ongoing business changes and developments. Manage the company’s page in Tadawul (announcements, BOD information, uploading financial and regular updates) to ensure Nadec data in Tadawul is up to date and reflects reality. Arrange the general assembly and coordinating with capital market authority and Edaa centre. Analysis & Reporting Research trends in investor relations to optimize the communication with the investment community and deal with challenges proactively. Provide current relevant business, competitor, and financial community insight to management on a regular basis, in order to contribute to the optimization of the company’s shareholders base. Provide analysis and reports on NADEC’s performance, market positioning against the competitor and financial analysts’ studies in collaboration with the Communication department to have a coordinated and consistent message to the investment community and internally Monitor analyst reports, peer news, and media reports to communicate internally (with the Investment, R&D, and Market insight departments) about competitors’ information. Relationship management Build strong relationships with key players across the FMCG/Dairy and other related sectors to promote new investment opportunities. Develop and maintain a robust relationship with securities, analysts, institutional investors, brokers, fund managers, financial journalists, vendors and contractors, in order to monitor the accuracy of the information disclosed and to respond to any inquiries. Implement investor communication events including earnings calls, investment conferences and one-on-one meetings, in order to ensure the consistent communication of company’s interests. Participate as directed in presenting the company in investment summits in order to promote new investment opportunities and attract new investors. People Management Accountabilities Ensure that all subordinates have clear objectives, constructive and accurate performance feedback sessions formal annual performance appraisals, and individual development plans. Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures Adhere with direction for the development and implementation of organizational unit’s policies, systems, processes and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement to ensure efficient and effective operation. Comply with corporate requirements on adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to all relevant regulatory directives to ensure a safe and risk-free environment.Education and Certifications :Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or any related field MBA or Master’s in a related field (Preferred) Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a relevant field
