The role will implement and support the Healthcare Infrastructure Project Division in the development of its own internal system to aid and fulfill the company’s overall objective by managing operation’s processes and provide a central repository for all critical data.

Responsibilities:

Gather system requirements, system design and development
• Work with stakeholders to understand their requirements, analyse and advise expectations for the System and the ability to pitch... ideas
• Create prototype(s) and specification(s) for system requirements
• Manage the Vendor to facilitate the System development and review the deliverable(s)
• Vigorous testing and evaluation of the System to ensure successful roll-out.
• Review System with stakeholders to verify that the requirements are achieved as expected

System Implementation and support
• To implement CASE for all clusters, public healthcare institutions and projects in for the division
• To provide System support to users after the roll-out
• Continual System review for possible enhancements to further improve user’s experience
• Root cause analysis of the issues reported

Manage external IT vendor to ensure effective delivery of system
• Provide system support with external IT vendor
• Work closely with IT vendor to provide value-added inputs for effective system designs to meet operational requirements
• Liaise with IT vendor to ensure that all users’ requirements are taken into consideration
• Maintain/follow up incident tracking on bug fixes with IT vendor
• Conduct review with IT vendor on new/enhanced system functionality

User Training
• Lead trainer(s) for conducting both scheduled and ad-hoc users’ training
• Consolidation and reflection on trainees’ feedback to increase training efficiency and effectiveness

Security Assessment
• Review the security issues with the Security Consultant
• Ensure the security vulnerabilities are resolved timely with the various parties

Other Duties
• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor

Requirement:
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 -7 years of related experiences in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems
• Experience in project and vendor management. Project Management related certification such as CITPM, PMI or COMIT is an added advantage
• Participated in full software development life cycle with software development experience
• Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written). Able to relate technical information to all levels of the organisation
• Possess excellent analytical, conceptualisation and problem solving skills
• Possess technical knowledge on .NET framework, Web Development and able to write SQL Query
• Able to work both independently and as a team-player
• Able to work under pressure and pick up complex business and system workflow
• IT Infrastructure skills are an added advantage
