Job Description
• Achieve and exceed objectives by applying the sales strategy
• Aggressively develop the software, hardware and cloud business in the Furniture industry in the region by increasing market share through constant and sufficient pipeline build up
• Manage the sales cycle of added value propositions (including professional services - training and
consulting - and recurrent service contracts) from lead to close
• Prospecting efficiently
• Organizing demonstrations with our internal pre-sales experts
• Value Proposition Presentation preparation, quotations (using Sales Force)
• Negotiation
• Closing, ensuring that all terms and conditions of contract are defined and respect the standards
• Activity and opportunity follow-up/reporting
• Develop an extensive knowledge base on... market trends in the Furniture industry, including
key players and their current application and technology footprint, buying process, compelling
events, political environment and strategies
• Follow and anticipate relevant long-term technological innovations
• Report regularly to the Sales Director the status of the business and the progress made on action plans
and initiatives
• Work closely with the different teams (Management, marketing, professional service) to build and execute
the subsidiary strategy.

The Successful Applicant
• At least 5 years of experience in direct sales of high value solutions & transformational projects, including a selling software (Saas)
• A proven track record of sales
• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry - ideally with high notions of 4.0 industry.
• Knowledge of Furniture and Upholstery Industry would big plus
• Experience in Software Sales and Sale of Complex Solutions
• Strong Hunter mentality
• Working within a very international environment
• Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken)
• German will be beneficial but not a must
