Job Description:
• Provide legal advice and support to the listed entity and their group of companies on a variety of matters, including:
• Acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and new business initiatives
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of corporate and commercial contracts, including... confidentiality agreements etc
