Your New Role:

Reporting to the General Manager/QA Manager, you’ll be contributing to updating & implementing BEC's QMS documentation & processes with reference to our recent external re-certification audit.

You'll be addressing all quality aspects of our business, as relevant to Engineering & Project Management Consulting Practice. You’ll support development, implementation & the management of processes, to ensure our operations meet BEC's ISO 9001 Certified QMS, across multiple Australian & one overseas office.

Your key responsibilities:

- Provide support & guidance to the QA Team
- Assist with the updating/maintenance & implementation of quality systems documentation... training
- Assist with internal QA audits
- Assist with internal auditing & the investigation of Non-compliances
- Provide advice/reports to the QA Manager/General Manager in relation to documentation, operating procedures, working instructions & any other records relating to quality practice
- Assist with training our Team in all aspects relating to the QMS
- Participate in Quality Management meetings & discussions as required
- Act as a delegate of the QA Manager

What you'll need to succeed:

- 10+ years prior experience in a Quality Systems role (highly desired)
- Excellent references
- Experience in the consulting &/or construction industries
- Well-developed interpersonal skills

Agreed part-time or full-time contract commitment (envisaged contract term circa 3-months)
