An exciting opportunity exists to join our team as Quality Assurance (QA) Testing Manager, responsible for planning, monitoring, executing and control of the testing activities and tasks associated with each program/project.

The role is based in the Client Products and Services Unit, within the Information Management and Technology Services Division (IMTS).

IMTS is the central IT provider for the University’s core infrastructure and services and is responsible for the development and management of information and communications technology resources in response to research, teaching and business requirements.

The QA Testing Manager will work closely with respective Portfolio and Project Managers on the respective projects, and relevant IMTS Managers and Team Leaders. A blend of personal attributes and technical skills is essential in this role as you manage and coordinate the QA... services which support the delivery of software and hardware solutions in the project development phase and provide recommendations on the efficiency and effectiveness of test programs.

To be successful in this position requires an understanding of Agile and systems development life cycle (SDLC) and experience in a QA Test Analyst role developing QA and testing frameworks.

You will be self-motivated with a “can do” approach to tasks as you collaborate with external vendors, solution providers and other stakeholders to deliver excellent client services.
