ANZCO Foods Canterbury have an opportunity for a Quality Assurance person to join our Bio Tissues team. Reporting to our Quality Manager Healthcare you will be responsible for managing healthcare QMS documentation and records and assist in QMS processes.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Ensure all day-today processing records are correct and filed appropriately
To follow up with processing staff to implement corrective action(s) when required
Liaise with production teams to ensure that correct templates are always available for completion of production records
Assist the Healthcare Quality Manager with onboarding of new equipment into the QMS
Maintain processing record files and databases
Produce export compliance documentation as required
Participate in internal and external audit activities as required

About You:
Strong understanding of and experience in Quality systems and processes
Working knowledge of regulatory requirements for processing and exporting animal derived... materials for the biomedical industry
Recent and relevant experiences working in a meat-processing environment, in particular healthcare products
