We are looking for creative and talented secretary person to join our team.
• *Requirements**:

The ideal applicant shall have an experience from any Sales & Marketing roles in Qatar.

Previous experience in a similar position is essential ideally from a competitor or company operating in a similar market.

Up to date knowledge of marketing best practice and eye for creative marketing opportunities.

Strong understanding of effective PR and Marketing Communications

Shall have a degree or diploma in Business.

Locally available.

Must submit their CVs with photo - CVs without the applicant's photo will automatically be rejected.
• *Job Description**:

Process all correspondence and **paperwork related to accounts.**

Inform clients of available options of **advertising art, formats, or features and provide** samples of previous work with other clients.

Deliver advertising or illustration proofs to clients for approval.

Prepare **promotional plans... sales literature, media kits and sales plans.**

Report on all **sales & marketing activities to the CEO.**

Work closely with the **CEO in operations.**

Complete various **marketing projects at the request of CEO.**
