We pride ourselves on being experts, but we won’t use complicated jargon. Instead, we take the time to understand exactly what our clients want, or more importantly what they need. Then we will put forward ideas and make recommendations personalised for them. No off-the-shelf, one-size-fits-all, she’ll-be-right.

This role can be shaped around... your expertise, with the opportunity to apply a holistic approach to financial advice by supporting our clients in Insurance, Wealth and/or Kiwi Saver.
What are we looking for..
• It is important that you are either on your journey to completing your L5 Certificate in Financial Services or have completed it, strand(s) in Investments and/or Insurance is desirable.
• Passion for the customer experience and leading a future-focused customer approach through virtual tools.
• A level of resilience to be able to deal with change - this is new for us and we might not have all the answers right away.
• Ideally you will be coming from a high-contact service background and are passionate about talking to people everyday.
