We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team and support the Brand Manager in various marketing and promotional activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and sending out emails, writing social media ad scripts, planning social media calendars, discovering, and reaching out to potential influencers, and assisting with ad hoc tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, creative, and able to work collaboratively with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing:The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for developing, designing, and sending out promotional emails/banners to our target audience. This includes creating email campaigns that will be engaging and relevant to the audience, building email lists, segmenting the lists, and ensuring that the emails comply with anti-spam regulations.

Social Media Marketing: The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for developing social media ad scripts, designing visual elements for social media content, planning and scheduling content for all platforms, and analyzing social media metrics to determine effectiveness.

Influencer Marketing: The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential influencers to collaborate with our brand. This includes researching influencers in our industry, reaching out to them to build relationships, and negotiating terms for collaborations.

Ad Hoc Tasks: The Marketing Assistant will support the Brand Manager in various ad hoc tasks as needed. This could include conducting market research, photoshoots, and assisting with events.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

Proven experience in a similar role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools.

Creativity and a passion for marketing.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. They should have at least two years of experience in a marketing or related position, with a proven track record of success. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Experience with email marketing, social media marketing, and influencer marketing is a plus.

Working Conditions:

The Marketing Assistant will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The candidate must be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and be comfortable working in a team environment. The job may require working outside of regular business hours to meet project deadlines. The position is full-time and may require occasional travel.
