• Set and lead overall strategy associated with store format, targeted shopper, competition, category and range planning, budget and OTB.
• Assign category role, driving output from the category plan and product assortment, shelving, pricing and promotion.
• Coordinate with back-end office team to set up and manage merchandising activities for documentation, and system to support the business and workflow.
• Engage and manage trade term and contract agreement for vendor and supplier through vendor platform (SAP or POS).
• Consolidate merchandising report and all key indicator and analysis - update all related information for weekly, monthly, or ex-com performance.
• Manage marketing and promotion related activities including event campaign and outside sales.
• Problem solving and contingency plan for category related and issues.
