This dynamic, fast-paced environment is embracing agile to enable our strategic goals. The IT Asset Management team is seeking an analyst to be a part of the Request Management team. This team is instrumental in the purchase request and fulfillment of desktop, compute, infrastructure products, and software at Lockheed Martin. This role will report to the IT Reinvention organization and aligned to a single Service Owner Team.

The Request Management Delivery Team responsibility includes (but is not limited to) request management functions related to Lockheed Martin Data Centers, Desktop, Servers, Network Infrastructure, & Software. These solutions are built to meet global needs and include on-premise, Edge locations, and in public cloud. The role will work with Desktop, Server, Network, and IT Procurement teams to successfully plan, support, coordinate... and track assets throughout the asset’s lifecycle from procurement to deployment to disposition.

Daily activities include but are not limited to processing requests for purchase or licensing of hardware/software, data analysis/reporting, customer service, and maintenance of asset information in asset management databases. Responsible for maintaining accurate hardware/software tracking, report shortages, overages, and all inventory levels.

• Demonstrated experience with Procure-to-pay system(P2P) system Knowledge of IT support tools such as Service Now, SCCM and Snow as well as ITIL processes

Ability to Work Remotely:
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
