Our organization is seeking an Education and Training Specialist to design, develop, and implement training programs for our employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering training sessions to support the development of our employees, improve their skills and knowledge, and promote organizational growth. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.

Responsibilities:

Assess training needs by collaborating with department managers and supervisors to identify skill gaps and training needs.

Develop training programs that align with the company's overall strategy and goals, ensuring that they meet the needs of our diverse workforce.

Design and develop training materials and courses, including instructional materials, presentations, and learning activities that engage and educate our employees.

Deliver training... programs to groups of employees or individuals using a variety of instructional techniques, such as classroom training, online learning, and on-the-job training.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by gathering feedback from participants, measuring training outcomes, and assessing the impact on employee performance and company results.

Continuously update and improve training programs to ensure that they stay up-to-date with industry best practices and meet the changing needs of our organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

3-5 years of experience designing and delivering training programs in a corporate setting.

Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices for instructional design and development.

Experience using various training delivery methods, such as classroom training, online learning, and on-the-job training.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and continuously improve training programs.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
