Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Support the Workshop Manager in managing the Taxi Maintenance operations and ensure all KPIs are met. Ensure operation costs including but not limited to material, manpower and operating are kept within the operation budget. Review and enhance the existing systems without compromising quality or service while optimizing cost. Manage and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Produce statistics and reports, to review performance and recommend procedural enhancement for discussion Establish, implement and monitor safe working practices and procedures.

Perform routine safety inspections on equipment and sites to ensure workshop conforms to all health & safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering discipline or equivalent qualification Minimum two years experience in operations environment preferably from Automotive Industry
