This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing customers towards achieving the business targets and objectives for local market.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:
• Responsible for sales projects in the region of local market.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to analyse the viability of alternative business development opportunities.
• Ability to execute highly complex or specialised projects, adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions.
• Pursue sales leads, visit existing and new customers, assess customer needs, and suggest appropriate products and services.
• Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with customers and business/channel partners to promote brand awareness and profitable business... relationships, enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention.
• Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.

Relevant Experience & Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering from Reputable University.
• At least 3 years of relevant sales or business development experience; preferably in structural steel building material products, steel fabrication or construction industry.
• Strong in Sales Professional, Sales Process and thorough understand of local markets.
• Strong networking in structural steel or construction industry and connection with Architects / Engineers & Consultants.
• Having basic technical knowledge on steel building design, codes and standards.
• Prior experience at representing an organization and solid presentation.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and MS Project.
