JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

An Insurance Sales Producer sells commercial insurance products to build a book of business. You will proactively manage relationships with prospects, clients, team members, company representatives, and industry partners.
• Identify and pursue prospects to build a book of business
• Develop relationships built on trust
• Identify client risk and determine the best insurance products and services to meet their business needs
• Partner with team members to ensure service delivery

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Have a Colorado P&C License (or obtain within 90 days of hire)
• Excellent communication skills
• Eager to build a book of business and develop long lasting relationships
• Persuasive, goal-oriented, motivated, and tenacious
• Energetic, outgoing and friendly
• Previous insurance experience or related sales will accelerate your success

COMPENSATION INFORMATION
• First year base pay: $65,000+ (additional based on previous experience in sales and/or insurance)
• Total Compensation includes: base pay + new business commission + expense reimbursement + benefits

• Long-term compensation has massive potential with new and renewal business commissions
