HR Financial Controller

Are you an HR Financial Controller with a minimum of 8 years of demonstrated professional experience in a financial or HR controlling role with a focus on budgeting, forecasting and reconciliation (including payroll reconciliation to budget & forecast) of staff costs and consultants? Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an HR Financial Controller to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Key Responsibilities will include

You will be responsible for the effectiveness of internal controls with respect to the financial aspect of workforce management and related costs controlling.

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you are / have:
• Advanced Degree in Finance (Masters in Finance or MBA Finance) or accounting qualification (professional qualification such as a Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Analyst, Fédération des... Experts-Comptables Européens)
• Minimum 8 years of demonstrated professional experience overseeing a financial controlling and management of HR related costs
• Demonstrated experience in financial controlling or financial analysis obtained within an international accounting firm, bilateral or multilateral aid agency, government department, industry or a commercial or investment bank
• Experience in advanced value-for-money and operational efficiency trade-off reviews including identification of levers in a highly fiscal constrained environment
• Fluent in English and ideally working knowledge of French.
