Responsibilities: Developing material composition and formulating chemical products to offer solutions to customer technical challenges on, not limited to, electromagnetic interference and cushion requirement. Work with Product Management and Operation Team in in new product development and critical trouble-shooting providing to customers. Implements, including commissioning and qualification, programs and/or process improvements Networks and leverages the broader organization team such as product management, engineering, QA, operation, purchasing, etc.. Qualifications: Education: MS degree in chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Materials or equivalent. Working experience: More than 2 years experience as material/chemical R&D or related technical role. Prior experience and knowledge in elastomer(rubber) formulation and process experience is an advantage. A strong self-motivator with good working disciplines, interpersonal skills and leadership potential. Ability to work well within a team... and be comfortable working in a chemical lab. Efficient communication to people who have very different work experience, academy background and culture. Strong logic thinking and business acumen. Language: Fluent in both written and spoken English. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and other tools within Dupont. Be in good health and meet the health requirements of this position.
