We are currently seeking to hire a Coordinator for our Archives team located in Laval.

Work Schedule: Permanent, full-time position from Monday to Friday.
What will you work on?
As a Coordinator, you will ensure the proper and timely organization and use of departmental documentation, plan the department's schedule (with regards to finalization, shipment, and destruction), and oversee all sponsor-specific requests concerning their archived study materials. You will also support and assist the archiving staff as needed.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a motivated individual with a College Diploma (DEC), with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). A team player with a collaborative and positive attitude who works with precision and strives for quality work. Must be comfortable working under English conditions, bilingualism is an asset
