Duties & Responsibilities

MAIN PURPOSE:

To support the Marketing team in coordinating and executing marketing activities in line with the Marketing Strategy.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing team
• Contribute to marketing strategy and content creation
• Publish content on the company’s website and social media accounts and ensure that it adheres to the brand guidelines
• Offer 1st level responses on social channels
• Successful roll out of digital campaigns like newsletters, emails and other content
• Implement and report on return-on-investment measurement from digital campaigns
• Support and coordinate promotional events like exhibitions, conferences, webinars, etc
• Conduct... market research to identify relevant events, associations, forums, platforms to contribute to the marketing strategy
• Administrate, analyse and report on questionnaires, consumer rating reports/ surveys, customer reviews, and other forms of customer feedback
• Maintenance and upkeep of customer master data records, like segmentation, categorisation, list creation, etc.
• Analyse and report on marketing analytics such as social media analytics, website analytics, rankings, etc.
• Preparing, formatting, and editing of content, manuals, presentations, procedures, forms, and similar documents.
• Any other administrative tasks as defined by the marketing manager from time to time
