As a Content Marketing Manager at Tridge, you will play a crucial role in building and executing content marketing strategies to help us achieve business and marketing goals in close collaboration with marketing professionals, talented creatives, and global market analysts. You will oversee all content marketing initiatives to drive awareness, interest, engagement, and conversion in marketing funnels.
If you’re a goal-oriented collaborator with a unique mix of critical thinking and creativity who loves to develop content strategies, has endless content ideas, and enjoys seeing people benefiting from your high-quality content and driving business results, then this position is perfect for you.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate content marketing team
- Plan and execute content strategy to align with marketing and business goals
- Generate content ideas to achieve marketing and business goals
- Prepare content or creative briefs and collaborate with creatives, writers, and analysts
- Coordinate content distribution with marketing professionals and other teams
- Implement SEO best practices
- Conduct periodic content audits
Required Technical and Professional Expertise are:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in content marketing or related areas
- Proven track record of developing or executing content strategies that get results
- Experience leading and managing a content marketing team
- Knowledge of SEO and keyword research practices
- Excellent communication skills and analytical skills
- Professional or native English proficiency
Not a must, but better if:
- Education in marketing, communications, journalism, or related fields
- Experience working in B2B content marketing
- Knowledge of SEO and keyword research practices
- Experience collaborating with a team of creatives or designers
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment with collaborative nature
- Professional to native Korean proficiency
