Job Description

Our Talent Management Public Sector team advises and supports Belgian, European and international public organisations on talent selection & talent management projects. To support our Brussels-based team, which predominantly collaborates with Brussels-based Belgian and the international public sector clients, we are reinforcing the team with an Office Manager:
• You are the architect for all administrative processes and coordinate, together with your administrative team, the resources for all projects that Hudson executes for a variety of international public clients. You develop a helicopter view on all running activities and provide structure the day-to-day operations.
• You coordinate projects from A to Z, starting with preparation for submitting tenders, drawing up a detailed planning of all administrative processes in order to deliver our talent projects, until invoicing and reporting to clients. You coach a team of Project Assistants on a daily basis and assure... a qualitative service to clients and candidates.
• You are the right hand of our business manager responsible for a broad variety of public clients. You share ideas to optimize our administrative process and put them into practice. You take the ownership over the administrative and logistic coordination for all projects.

Profile
• You combine a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, a genuine interest in HR and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• You are client oriented, quality driven and like to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment. Your ‘can do’ mentality will make a difference for our clients and candidates.
• You gain energy from motivating team members and like to share your own expertise to them. You are able to get the best out of your team.
• You are both analytical and  You take initiative to streamline our processes in order to obtain more efficiencies in our administrative flow.
• You work independently and communicate convincingly with the team, clients and candidates. You express yourself fluently in English and French.
