Robert Half is currently looking for an Office Manager (m/f/x) for a company located in Zaventem.

Our client is active in the automotive sector.

The responsibilities for this function as Office Manager are:
• You are responsible for the management and maintenance of the facilities;
• You order office supplies;
• You are the contact person for service providers, suppliers and other contacts;
• You are responsible for internal and external communication (telephone, mails,…);
• You support other departments in the management of administrative tasks;
• You organise events;
• You manage insurance;
• You welcome visitors and guests;
• You prepare meetings;
• You will manage other tasks and activities two days a week - depending on the needs of other departments;
• You tackle the office management +/- 3 days per week;
• You support to HR department: help with legal documentation (creation, translation, etc.), backup when I'm off;
• You support the GRC department (Governance, Regulation ... compliance): for example, help with the organization of trainings on GDPR, help with legal documentation etc (no experience needed but willingness to learn);
• You support with fleet management.

The required qualifications for the position as Office Manager are:
• You have an excellent knowledge of English and a good level of Dutch. Knowledge of French is a must;
• You have a few years of experience in the sector;
• You are an advanced user of MS Office;
• You have excellent communication skills;
• You take initiative;
• You are discreet and can handle confidential information;
• You are immediately available.
